Clay Electric Cooperative is an incorporated, member-owned, not-for-profit electric supplier who serves power to approximately 170,000 members in 14 different North Florida Counties. The company has been around since 1937 and has been known for its excellent customer service. Clay Electric’s new site needed to go along with its theme of customer-centered service. The new website features a sleek and organized design that is easy to use. Some features include a new login portal that allows users to log into their account online to pay their bill, view statements and history, see their meter reading date, view a power outage map and various educational pieces that help prepare customers for storms, the power restoration process and warning signs and what to do if you are the victim of power theft. The site was built in a CMS platform that allows Clay Electric to update their information regularly. The website is mobile friendly and responsive.
