Rebranding, implementation, and comprehensive communications for 13+ years: Kidd Group began assisting what was then Jacksonville Beach Utilities to become Beaches Energy Services in 2002. For thirteen years, Kidd Group helped establish their unique brand of communication with customers in their First Coast service area. Informational videos, TV spots, monthly customer newsletters, collateral service brochures, social media platforms and an engaging website all worked in unison to build customer loyalty and engagement with the utility. Beaches Energy holds a leadership position among municipal utilities in Florida in marketing, communications and brand building, resulting in a brand equity that has been built to a level to not only provide operational latitude, but freedom from unwarranted criticisms. In addition to the rebranding we did for Beaches Energy, Kidd Group/3W Studios also developed Beaches website for them. The site was built in Drupal and is updated regularly by Beaches. Each month Beaches includes a Tidings Newsletter to the site. In addition to different features, the site also includes different sections that allow customers to pay their bill, review their account and even look at rebates and other ways to save money. The website reflects one of Beaches main goals, which is to provide excellent customer service for their user.
