Mosaic: brand building

Mosaic of Houston came to Kidd Group with a clear mission. The building was not selling and needed to demonstrate an interest in the market in order to complete funding and get construction moving.

With the brand suffering from a poor reputation in the local market, it needed revitalizing. A new brand was immediately created and applied to site signs, as well as local outdoor and newspaper advertising.

As the new marketing started to show an increased local interest, Kidd Public Relations organized a gala evening for the ground breaking, with local dignitaries, live entertainment and a very loud cannon!

Traffic to the sales center and the website immediately picked up, with future owners able to make their reservations online. Routine email marketing kept interest alive with owners and brokers, who have their own protected section of the site with additional materials available for download.

The website continues to draw traffic from across the country, in conjunction with an optimization for search engines and continued on and offline marketing. Sales of the second tower began after 3 months of the re-launched effort. The collateral material for this campaign was also honored with an ADDY Gold Star in 2007.
