Heritage: Coach to Coast

Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, Heritage Motor Coach Resort and Marina represents the pinnacle of luxury RV resorts. With fantastic location and untouchable amenities, including the on-site marina, the resort had everything going for it.

Kidd Group is the premier marketing firm in the RV industry, and it was only natural that Heritage would turn to Kidd Group to make the grand opening event a success.

After a full inventory of current materials, Kidd Group provided a series of modifications and enhancments designed to build upon an established brand. This included a new website, with a focus on actual photography instead of conceptual renderings. Additional marketing materials were also designed, all tied together by the continuation of the established logo and colors, but the introduction of a thin blue line denoting the marina. This one key amenity sets the resort apart.

Although the new website represented a visual change of direction, structurally we left it completely intact. This 'no-impact' approach to recoding meant the site retained all its search engine rankings and listings that had been buidling up for the last 12 months. By increasing coordination between the site and the other social media elements, we were able to make a more cohesive online presence.

Kidd Group also provided local and regional public relations efforts, which increased exposure. This not only led to sales but played well with the project's funding partners. The activities climaxed in an opening event attended by guest RV clients, many of whom were duly seduced into becoming owners once they arrived on site.
