Hidden Mountain Resorts' goals were to connect with vacationers, increase top-of-mind awareness and increase search engine optimization.
Our work begin with a redesign of the resort website. Although the existing site scored fairly on search engine ranking, it was visually unappealing and analysis showed many people leaving quickly and not exploring all there was to see on the site. The redesign brought an instant improvement in bounce rate and time-on-site. What was needed now was an increase in overall traffic.
In conjunction with Kidd Group, we created an aggressive social media effort for Hidden Mountain Resorts that grew their following to over 2,000 fans in just over 6 months. Fans from 19 different countries connected to one of their online profiles.
In a period of less than 12 months, the number of Facebook fans increased by over 208% and Twitter followers by 200%. Facebook is now one of the top 5 referrers to the Hidden Mountain Resorts' website.
