40 Years Young
In case you missed it, the internet turned 40 last week. Here's a lovely
flashback from National Geographic. Interestingly, this means the internet was 8 years old when it was officially
invented by Al Gore. I did enjoy reading that the event deemed the beginning of the internet,
the first email, also caused the net to crash. So don't feel too bad next time you have to call IT support because you deleted your 'My Documents' directory...
